Cancellations &
No Shows

The time and date you select for your appointment is reserved for you. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged. 50% of the service will be charged to a client cancelling less than 24 hours prior to their appointment. 100% of the service will be charged to a client who does not show up to their scheduled appointment.


Late to Appointment

We ask our clients arrive at their scheduled appointment time to ensure adequate time for a quality experience. We will do our best to accommodate late arriving clients within their reserved time slots. Your scheduled service fee will remain the same, although your appointment may be shortened due to time constraints. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late arriving clients may inconvenience the next clients.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and cash. We do not accept American Express or checks.
